December

We held our annual Christmas party.

It was held on December 10th at the Chinese Gourmet.

Thanks to all who attended this event and made it a fun and entertaining night for all. 

 

JANUARY

Our next In Person meeting will be held on January 21st 2009

Please remember that the Salt Lake County Emergency Operations Center is a SECURE FACILITY therefore we must adhere strictly to the following procedures.

State Issued Photo ID (Driver’s License) Must be presented and ALL Individual’s must sign in to gain access into the building. There will be NO exceptions to this security request!!

1.     Access to the facility will begin at 1830hrs.

2.     From 1830 to 1855hrs. Individuals will be allowed into the Policy room where the ARES Store will be open. KC7RUF (Dan) is your store Manager.

3.     At 1855hrs. The ARES Store will close and ALL Individual’s will enter the EOC for the meeting.

4.     Gates will close at 1905hrs. Once the gates close they will not be monitored for inbound traffic so Please be on time!!

5.     If you’re running late please contact K7SLC on the 146.880 repeater between 1830 and 1900hrs. Let them know you’re coming; otherwise you will not be able to access the facility.

6.     Upon completion of the meeting the ARES Store will re-open for 30 minutes. Photos for ID’s will be taken at that time.

7.     ALL Individual’s are required to sign out when exiting the building.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
