Salt Lake County A.R.E.S., Inc. holds monthly in-person Meetings usually on the third Wednesday of the month. Meetings are usually held at the Salt Lake County EOC located at 3380 S 900 W and are graciously hosted by Salt Lake County Unified Fire Authority. In Person meetings begin at 19:00 hours (7:00 PM) and last from one to two hours. Meeting locations may vary at times due to program topics. Talk-in is on the 146.880 repeater with a tone of 88.5 Hz.

On-air Training Nets are held weekly at 20:00 hours (8:00 PM) on Wednesday, with the exception of in-person meeting nights. Tune to 146.880 repeater with a tone of 88.5 HZ. If this is unavailable, try the 147.700 repeater with a tone of 100 Hz., or 147.54 simplex.
